... such a dreamy plant-based smoothie bowl
This is probably one of my favourite smoothie bowls ever, it's such a wonderful summer day breakfast. The coconut and raspberry combination is an absolute dream!

Ingredients
VEG, VGN, DF, GF, RSF Serves 1
- 100ml coconut milk (from a carton)
- 150g frozen raspberries
- 1 generous tbsp smooth almond butter
- Superfood powders* (optional)
* I use Maca powder in this
Method
Blend all the ingredients together and enjoy! x
*Serve in a bowl topped with coconut chips raspberries and nut butter.
