Raspberry and Banana Smoothie

13/06/2020

... a bright and refreshing plant-based smoothie

Such a refreshing and colourful way to start the day! Chuck in some of your favourite superfood powders for an extra boost!

Don't worry if your raspberries are fresh or frozen likewise with the banana, but it is best to use a mixture of frozen and fresh ingredients as this chills the smoothie. If all your ingredients are fresh I recommend popping in a few ice cubes to give it an extra cold finish.

TIP - Every time I have a banana that looks like it might be about to go over I peel and chop it into 3 slices and add it to my bag of frozen bananas, ready for chucking in smoothies.
